Danish - Ham And Potato Balls

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Potatoes -- mashed
- 1 Cup Cooked Ham -- chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley -- finely chopped
- 1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
- Oil -- for deep frying

Directions
|
Mix potatoes, ham, salt, pepper and parsley. Shape into small balls. Roll in bread crumbs, then in egg and then again in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until well browned. Drain on paper towels and serve.
