Danish   -   Honey Bread   adapted from Wonderful, Wonderful Danish Cooking by Jensen

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Flour -- sifted
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Medium Egg -- beaten
Directions Mix the dry ingredients. Add to them the liquids and beat well. Bake in greased loaf pan in preheated 325 degree oven about 60 minutes.
