Danish - Kalvesuppe Med Champignons (Mushroom Soup Madeira)

Ingredients

- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Pound Mushroom -- Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 8 Cups Chicken Stock
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1/3 Cup Madeira

Directions
|
Bring water, salt, lemon juice and butter to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in flour. Add stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in madeira.
