Danish - Sour Cream Swiss Steak

Ingredients
|
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Pounds Swiss Steak
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

Directions
|
Mix salt and ppper with flour and pound into the steak. Brown steak in butter add onon tomato puree and water. Cover simmer 1 hour. Add sour cream, mix well, simmer 30 minutes more serve.
