Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Pepper -- Ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Andouille -- Chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Large Sweet Potato -- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 4 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Cups Rice

Directions
|
combine seasoning mix. in oil, saute, onions, andouille, sweet potatoes, garlic and seasoning mix for 10 minutes. add stock and rice, bring to boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes and serve.
