- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- 1 Small Red Onion -- chopped
- 3 Medium Beets -- shoetringed
- 3/4 Cup Waqter
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vinegar

Directions

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer 20 mintues.
