Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar -- packed
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup, Light
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 1/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips -- OR ***
  • 1 Cup Pecans -- sliced
Directions Mix brown sugar, syrup, water, and egg beat until lightly fluffy. in another bowl, add everything else. bowl a into bowl b. Drop onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375* 10 minutes.
