Ingredients

- 1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar -- packed
- 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup, Light
- 4 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 1/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips -- OR ***
- 1 Cup Pecans -- sliced

Directions
|
Mix brown sugar, syrup, water, and egg beat until lightly fluffy. in another bowl, add everything else. bowl a into bowl b. Drop onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375* 10 minutes.
