Ingredients
|
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Pound Chicken
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 4 Kaiser Rolls
- 4 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Jalapeno -- seeded, diced

Directions
|
Mix spices, rub chicken with them. Saute chicken in oil for 20 minutes. Place chicken on roll, top with cheese & peppers. Serve.
