Cajun and Creole   -   Cajun Pork Chops   adapted from pork council

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Rubbed Sage
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Margarine
Directions combine seasoning and rub on both sides of chops. melt butter in pan and place chops in pan. reduce heat to medium. saute until dark brown about 6 to 8 minutes.
