Cajun and Creole   -   Easy Shrimp Scampi   adapted from Cajun Family Cookbook

  • 1 Pound Raw Shrimp
  • 1 Large Egg -- beaten
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions 1. In skillet, saute garlic in butter until sizzling.
2. Dip shrimp in egg, then drop into skillet.
3. Saute 2-4 minutes, until bright pink.
4. Add white wine, salt and pepper, heat through.
5. Serve on a bed of rice.
