Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Chipotle Pepper -- Ground
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper -- Chopped
  • 2 Pounds Ground Pork Or Beef
  • 1 Pound Green Chili Peppers -- Roasted, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
Directions Combine seasoning mix in small bowl. Saute in oil, onions and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add pork and seasoning mix, saute 10 minutes. Add all peppers, saute 5 minutes. Add flour and allow to brown slightly, about 5 minutes. Add stock and simmer 30 minutes. serve.
