  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Anaheim Chili Pepper -- Ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Guajillo Chili Pepper -- Ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Pounds Beef -- Cubed
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 20 Cloves Garlic -- Whole
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 Large Carrot -- Chopped
  • 2 Large Potato -- Chopped
  • 1 Head Cauliflower -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Turnip -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Portobello Mushroom -- Chopped
Directions Combine seasoning mix and sprinkle over meat. Saute meat in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic, and onions, saute for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover, simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
