Eritrean - Broiled Grouper

Ingredients

- 4 Large Grouper Fillet
- 6 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 4 Teaspoons Paprika
- 2 Oranges Orange Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 8 Teaspoons Berbere -- Or Hot Sauce

Directions
|
Rub fillets with garlic and paprika. Sprinkle with orange juice and salt. Broil in oven or on a grill for 7 minutes per side. Sprinkle with lemon juice and berbere sauce. Serve.
