Eritrean   -   Broiled Grouper   adapted from Taste of Eritrea by Olivia Warren

  • 4 Large Grouper Fillet
  • 6 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 4 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 Oranges Orange Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 8 Teaspoons Berbere -- Or Hot Sauce
Directions Rub fillets with garlic and paprika. Sprinkle with orange juice and salt. Broil in oven or on a grill for 7 minutes per side. Sprinkle with lemon juice and berbere sauce. Serve.
