  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seed -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seed -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Cloves -- ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice -- ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Cayenne -- ground
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions Combine all and toast for 10 minutes. Bottle and store for use in african cooking, will last about a year.
