Ingredients

- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seed -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seed -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Cloves -- ground
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice -- ground
- 2 Tablespoons Cayenne -- ground
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Combine all and toast for 10 minutes. Bottle and store for use in african cooking, will last about a year.
