Ethiopian - Ethiopian Honey Bread

Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 2 Teaspoons Dry Active Yeast
- 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
- 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Medium Egg Yolk

Directions
|
In a small saucepan, heat the milk just until it foams around the edges. Remove from heat. Add butter and honey and stir until melted. Let cool to room temperature. Add all ingredients in order suggested by your bread manual. Process on bread cycle.
