Ingredients

- 2 1/2 Pounds Potato
- 1/2 Pound Kale -- or cabbage
- 3 1/2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
|

Directions
|
peel potatoes and boil until tender. remove ribs from cabbage or Kale and simmer in separate saucepan. squeeze excess water from greens and chop fine. mash potatoes and greens together. allow some lumps. if using meat in recipe add now. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
