European   -   Cheese Sandwiches From Solothurn (Switzerland)   adapted from Central european cooking

  • 8 Slices White Bread
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 8 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
Directions Brush bread on one side with wine and put margarine on the other. put bread butter side up on baking sheet. place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread and sprinkle with paprika and cumin. bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
