Ingredients

- 3 Cloves Garlic -- minced
- 3 Pounds Chicken Breast
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- Chives -- to taste
- Fennel -- to taste
- Parsley -- to taste
- 2 Cups Dry White Wine
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 15 Black Olives -- pitted Drained
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
saute garlic in oil for 3 minutes. add chicken fry until browned on both sides. remove chicken from pan and keep warm. stir in flour, simmer for 2 minutes. add spices. saute to soften. gradually stir in wine. after 5 minutes add yogurt and olives. stir and return chicken to pan. simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
