Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Leek -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Celeriac -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Split Green Peas
  • 4 Medium Potato -- Chopped
  • 8 Ounces Ham -- Chopped
  • 2 Quarts Beef Stock
  • 8 Ounces Kielbasa -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Saute leeks, celeriac and onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add peas, potatoes, ham and stock. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add kielbasa, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
Serves 1
