Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Leek -- Chopped
- 1 Large Celeriac -- Chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Split Green Peas
- 4 Medium Potato -- Chopped
- 8 Ounces Ham -- Chopped
- 2 Quarts Beef Stock
- 8 Ounces Kielbasa -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Saute leeks, celeriac and onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add peas, potatoes, ham and stock. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add kielbasa, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
