Ingredients

- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 3 Pounds Potato -- peeled and sliced
- 2 Pounds Carrot -- sliced
- 1 Pound Onion -- cut in 8 wedges
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
|

Directions
|
brown the meats. add vegetables and enough water to cover them. cover tightly and cook until vegetables are tender about 20 minutes. mash lightly until mixed. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
