- 2 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
- 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Fennel Seed
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Caraway Seed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese -- crumbled
- 1 Cup Water
