European - Serbian Pork And Beans

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Dried White Beans
- 1 1/4 Pounds Smoked Pork -- cubed
- 2 Medium Onion -- chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Hungarian Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Directions
|
presoak beans. Add smoked pork to beans and slowly cook for 1 hour. Saute garlic and onion in oil for 5 minutes, stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute. Add mixture to beans and pork. continue to cook until beans are tender about 40 minutes. sprinkle with red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Final dish should have a very thick sauce.
