Ingredients
  • 2 Cans Beans -- Any Kind
  • 3 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Smoked Pork -- Cubed
  • 2 Large Potatoes -- Chopped
  • 4 Large Carrot -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Parsley Root -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Pound Smoked Sausage -- Sliced
  • 3 Cans Chicken Broth
Directions Saute potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, parley root and peppers in oil for 10 minutes. Add pork and sausage. Saute for 10 more minutes. Add broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add beans and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
