Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Sauerkraut -- Drained
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- Paprika -- To Taste
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

Directions
|
Saute onion in oil for 10 minutes. Add sauerkraut and saute for 5 minutes. Add pork and saute until pork is well browned about 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Saute for 5 minutes. Add a bit of water if it starts to stick. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Serve.
