Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Lean Beef -- cubed
- 2 Medium Onions -- diced
- 8 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Mustard -- dry or wet
- 1 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- Salt And White Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped

Directions
|
brown beef, onions and musrhooms in oil. Stir in flour, mustard and broth. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until warm through serve.
