Finnish - Farmers Meat Stew (Talonpokaiskeitto)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Round Steak -- Cubed
- 4 Medium Potato -- Cubed
- 4 Medium Carrot -- Cubed
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Cups Beef Broth

Directions
|
Layer in the steak, top with a layer of potatoes, then carrots and onions. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Cook on low for 1 hour, then add broth and cook for another 2 hours. Serve.
