Finnish   -   Feta & Onions   adapted from The Vegetarian Bistro

Ingredients
  • 8 Ounces Feta Cheese
  • 1 Small Red Onion -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- finely chopped
Directions Drain and pat cheese dry.
Cut into 4 equal pieces.
Place each slice on place and scatter with remaining ingredients and serve.
Serves 4
