Ingredients

- 8 Ounces Feta Cheese
- 1 Small Red Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Drain and pat cheese dry. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Place each slice on place and scatter with remaining ingredients and serve.
