Ingredients
  • 2 Medium Rutabaga -- peeled & diced
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Half And Half
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Large Eggs -- beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • Paprika -- to taste`
Directions Boil rutabegas in water about 20 minutes until soft. Drain and coarsely mash. Add remaining intgredients. Fold into 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake uncoverd at 350* for 1 hour.
Serves 6
