Ingredients
|
- 2 Medium Rutabaga -- peeled & diced
- 1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Half And Half
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Large Eggs -- beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- Paprika -- to taste`

Directions

Boil rutabegas in water about 20 minutes until soft. Drain and coarsely mash. Add remaining intgredients. Fold into 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake uncoverd at 350* for 1 hour.
