Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Lamb Shoulder -- Cubed
- 4 Medium Potato -- Cubed
- 3 Medium Carrot -- Cubed
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice

Directions
|
Layer in the meat into a large pot. Top with potatoes, carrots and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add broth, parsley and allspice. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
