Ingredients
  • 4 Pounds Beef Round
  • 2 Quarts Beer
  • 2 Cups Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 Teaspoons Horseradish
  • 1 Teaspoon Juniper Berries -- Crushed
Directions Combine all ingredients, Marinate meat for at least 24 hours, up to 5 days. Place in 450 degree oven, roast for approximately 1 hour, serve.
