Ingredients
|
- 4 Pounds Beef Round
- 2 Quarts Beer
- 2 Cups Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- 2 Teaspoons Horseradish
- 1 Teaspoon Juniper Berries -- Crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients, Marinate meat for at least 24 hours, up to 5 days. Place in 450 degree oven, roast for approximately 1 hour, serve.
