Finnish - Fruit Snow

Ingredients
|
- 1 Package Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Strawberries -- diced
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream -- whipped
- Whole Strawberies -- garnish

Directions
|
Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat 1 cup of crushed berries to boiling. Strin in gelatin. Chill until syrupy. In another bowl, beat eggwhites until stiff, slowly adding sugar to them. Fold eggwhites into cooled berry mixture. Fold in other cup of berries. Fold in whipped cream. YOu can serve immediately, garnished or you can freeze it to make a sherbert.
