Ingredients
|
- 1 Pound Pork -- Cubed
- 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
- 1 Pound Lamb -- Cubed
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
- 6 Large Onions -- Chopped
- 6 Cups Beef Broth

Directions
|
Combine all meats in a bowl, Add salt, pepper and allspice, mix well. Place in even layer on bottom of baking dish, layer with onions, repeat ending with layer of meat. Add broth, bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with boiled potatoes.
