Finnish - Lamb With Dill (Tilliliha)

Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Lamb -- Cubed
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Dill
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Directions
|
Brown meat in butter, add broth, salt and dill. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir together flour, sugar and vinegar. Add to the meat slowly, try to avoid lumps forming. Cook until the liquid thickens and serve with boiled new potatoes.
