Finnish - Lamb With Horseradish (Lammasviillokki)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Lamb -- Cubed
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Dill
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Beef Broth
- Salt -- To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish

Directions

Saute lamb in oil until well browned. Add broth, salt, pepper and dill. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Melt butter in another pan. Add flour and saute for 2 minutes. Gradually add in broth, salt and horseradish. Add this sauce to the lamb. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with boiled new potatoes.
