Finnish - Pork And Turnips (Sianliha Naurisvatkuli)

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Pork -- Cubed
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 3 Large Turnip -- Cubed
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- Parsley -- Chopped

Directions
|
Brown pork and onions together until well browned. Sprinkle with flour and salt. Add turnips and pepper. Stir well. Add stock, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
