Ingredients
|
- 1 Large Celeriac -- Chopped
- 5 Medium Potato -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions
|
Boil celeriac and potatoes in water until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with remaining ingredients. Serve.
