Finnish   -   Potatoes And Celery Root (Sellerisose)   adapted from The Finnish Cookbook by Beatrice A Ojakangas

  • 1 Large Celeriac -- Chopped
  • 5 Medium Potato -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions Boil celeriac and potatoes in water until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with remaining ingredients. Serve.
