Finnish   -   Potatoes, The Finnish Way   adapted from Classic Scandinavian Cooking By Nika Hazelton

  • 2 Pounds Small New Potatoes -- Boiled
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Directions Saute breadcrumbs, salt and sugar in butter until well browned. Add potatoes, over pan, and shake well to cook potatoes. Serve when potatoes have come back to a serving temperature.
