Ingredients

- 1 Lb Pork -- cubed
- 4 Large Carrots -- cubed
- 4 Large Leeks -- diced
- Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice

Directions
|
Brown the pork until very brown on all sides. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and add enough water to barely cover. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
