Ingredients
  • 3 Medium Leek -- Chopped
  • 2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 2 Cups Peas
  • 1 Small Cauliflower -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Ring Bologna -- Sliced
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
Directions Combine leeks, carrots, peas, cauliflower, and bologna in a 2 quart baking dish. Add beef broth. Cover and bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve.
