Ingredients
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 8 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 5 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 4 Ounces Gruyere Cheese -- Grated
Directions Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add stock, all the herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
Serves 4
