Ingredients
  • 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Cups White Wine
  • 6 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 12 Small New Potatoes
  • 3 Large Carrots -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Savory
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 3 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Bring wine and stock to a boil. Add all remainining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
