Ingredients

- 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts
- 2 Cups White Wine
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Medium Bay Leaf
- 12 Small New Potatoes
- 3 Large Carrots -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dill
- 1/2 Teaspoon Savory
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 3 Stalks Celery -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions

Bring wine and stock to a boil. Add all remainining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
