French   -   Bardic Muse   adapted from Kitchen Witch's Cookbook

  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Pound Frozen Spinach -- cooked & drained
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger -- ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tarragon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley -- dried
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions In a small saucepan, soak the bread crumbs and the wine. stir over low heat until bread becomes pasty. transfer to food processor, add spinach and cream. Mix about 1 minute. pour back into saucepan, add remaining ingredients, heating over low heat.
