Ingredients

- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 Cup White Wine
- 1/2 Pound Frozen Spinach -- cooked & drained
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger -- ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tarragon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley -- dried
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

In a small saucepan, soak the bread crumbs and the wine. stir over low heat until bread becomes pasty. transfer to food processor, add spinach and cream. Mix about 1 minute. pour back into saucepan, add remaining ingredients, heating over low heat. Magical attributes. creativity, inspiration and the arts, Celebrations.
