Ingredients

- 1 Cup Black Olives -- halved
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil -- as needed
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Brandy
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 Pinch Herbes De Provence

Directions
|
puree olive in blender or food processor. slowly add olive oil to create an emulsion. continue to puree and add remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
