Ingredients

- 1 Pound Smoked Sausage -- sliced
- 1 Can Great Northern Beans -- rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Kidney Beans -- rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Black Beans -- rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 3 Medium Carrots -- thinly sliced
- 2 Small Onions -- sliced and ringed
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar -- packed
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Thyme

Directions
|
heat oven to 375 degrees. mix all ingredients in ungreased 3 quart casserole dish. bake 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
