French   -   Flageolet Beans With Garlic   adapted from The Vegetarian Bistro

  • 1 1/2 Cups Dried Flageolet Beans -- cooked
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Combine all but beans, set aside. Heat beans until warm through, toss beans with mixture. Allow to warm and serve.
