French   -   Lemon Champagne Chicken   adapted from unknown

  • 3 Pounds Chicken -- cut up
  • 4 Lemons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 Cup Champagne
  • 1 Whole Lime
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
Directions Marinate chicken in lemon juice, champagne, garlic ginger and mustard. When marinated place in baking dish, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover top with slices of the lemon and lime and bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
