Ingredients

- 12 Ounces Goat Cheese -- Crumbled
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Brandy
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Slivered
- 1 Tablespoon Thyme -- Fresh
- 1 Tablespoon Rosemary -- Fresh
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- French Bread Slice -- Toasted

Directions
|
Place goat cheese in a crock and drizzle with olive oil and brandy. Add garlic and herbs. With a fork, mash and blend until you have a course textured spread. Let marinate for 12 hours before serving. Serve spread over the toasted french bread.
