French   -   Mushrooms Sauteed In Wine   adapted from The Complete Around the World Cookbook

  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 1 Pound Mushrooms
  • 1/3 Cup Dry Red Wine
  • Salt And White Pepper -- to taste
Directions 1. Saute mushrooms until brown in oil with salt & pepper.
2. Add wine and cook, covered 5 minutes.
Serves 4
