Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 Pound Mushrooms
- 1/3 Cup Dry Red Wine
- Salt And White Pepper -- to taste

Directions

1. Saute mushrooms until brown in oil with salt & pepper. 2. Add wine and cook, covered 5 minutes.
