Ingredients

- 2 Large Onions -- chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Mushrooms -- quartered
- Salt -- to taste
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
- 1 Cup Half And Half
- Cayenne -- to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard -- (strong)

Directions
|
Saure onions and garlic in oil until goden about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, saute 6 minutes. Add salt and lemon jice, cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with tarragon and cream, cook 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
