- 2 Pounds Tiny New Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Peas
- 5 Medium Shallot -- finely chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 Ounces Goat Cheese -- crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
|
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and peel. Combine, still warm potatoes with remaining ingredients and serve.
